Job Description
- Minimum 12 years of education i.e. ICS or FSC/FA with diploma in computer Science.
- Minimum one year experience
- Preference will be given to the candidates with expertise in computer skills.
The resident of concerned district/tehsil will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
- VTCS Operator JD
- Operate and monitor the Vehicle Trip Counting System (RFID readers, weighbridges, GPS-based trip counters, etc.).
• Ensure real-time recording of vehicle entry and exit data.
• Identify and flag discrepancies in recorded trips.
• Maintain accurate logs of all vehicle trips in the central database.
• Cross-check system data with physical trip sheets and GPS tracking records.
• Report any system malfunctions or missing data to the IT/MIS team.
• Coordinate with drivers, contractors, and supervisors to resolve trip discrepancies.
• Assist in recalibrating RFID or weighbridge systems when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trip count reports.
• Share trip count summaries with the Monitoring & Finance departments.
• Adhere to data integrity, privacy, and security policies.
• Monitor for fraudulent or unauthorized trips and report immediately.
Any task given by the management.
IT Assistant JD
Accurately enter data into MIS databases, ensuring timely and precise updates.
• Verify and validate data from various sources to maintain data integrity.
• Assist in organizing and managing digital files and records.
• Generate routine reports from the MIS system to support management decisions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various departments.
• Document MIS processes, including data handling procedures, for future reference.
• Provide basic support to users experiencing issues with MIS applications and systems.
• Assist in guiding users on how to effectively utilize MIS tools and applications.
• Record and escalate complex technical issues to the Manager MIS/GIS.
• Monitor MIS applications to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Assist in implementing updates, upgrades, and patches to keep the MIS system current.
• Support regular data backup and recovery procedures.
• Perform routine checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or report them to the MIS Technician or Manager.
• Assist in implementing data quality standards within the MIS system.
• Any task given by the management
