Job Description

 

• Minimum 16 (sixteen) years of education in the field of Environmental Science or Public Administration or Computer Sciences or Information technology from HEC recognized university.
• Minimum one year post qualification relevant or field experience
• Must have own motor bike and personal android phone.
• Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Information Technology.

The resident of concerned district/tehsil will be given preference.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Supervise day-to-day operational activities of UCs i.e., waste collection, Container lifting, Door to Door Collection, De-silting, waste transportation etc.

  To assist in supervising daily operations and monitoring of operational activities performed by SWM contractor.

  To monitor Service delivery by the SWM contractor and ensure compliance of defined KPIs.

  Ensure physical Monitoring and verification of deployed resources by contractors at village level, UC level, City & TCP etc. as per defined SOPs and KPIs. Propose/ Identify penalties on non-compliance.

  Monitoring of Manual sweeping, Mechanical Sweeping / washing activities.

  Ensure timely resolution of public complaints on daily basis.

  Preparation of daily reports on contractor performance.

  Responsible for close collaboration with local community in assigned areas.

  Responsible for the implementation of GWMC operational plan in assigned areas.

  Any other task/assignment given by the management.
