Application Process Fee: Rs. 600/–
The post requires a combination of academic qualification and essential typing and shorthand competencies. Candidates who demonstrate accuracy, speed, and proficiency in both English and Urdu shorthand will be best positioned to excel in the evaluation process.
Required Qualification:
- Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from any recognized board.
- A minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in English.
- A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English.
Preference Criterion:
Candidates with Urdu shorthand skills (60 W.P.M) and Urdu typing speed of 25 W.P.M will receive preference. This preference reflects the tribunal’s need for bilingual documentation skills to support official communication and legal proceedings.
Age Limits
- Male: 18 to 25 years + 5 years general age relaxation = 30 years
- Female: 18 to 25 years + 8 years general age relaxation = 33 years
- Transgender: Age and sex will be determined as per CNIC details

Written Examination & Skill Test Structure
The recruitment process includes a comprehensive skills assessment to ensure that only proficient candidates advance. The following tests will be conducted:
- English Shorthand Test: 80 W.P.M
- English Typing Test: 35 W.P.M
- MS Office Proficiency Test: After qualifying English typing
- Urdu Shorthand Test: 60 W.P.M (for candidates who clear the earlier stages)
Only those who successfully pass each stage will proceed to the next, ensuring transparency and merit-based selection.
